CUSTOM TORNADO STRIKE

The Tornado is one of my favorite looking designs even if it is a water mortar. Other than putting several lens caps and coffee cups that look like Canon red line lenses, there is only a few things that we did with this project. Of course, there were a host of brackets to be made because these items were not necessarily meant for this purpose. There is a aluminum bracket to hold the toy night vision scope on the top and another aluminum bracket used as a barrel extension for the other lens looking items. But what took a equal amount of work was the dual mag connectors. Both mags had to be taken apart completely and we custom machined brass spacers for each one of the connection points. In the end everything worked out nicely, its just a bit heavy with all the extra aluminum and plastic on it.
